Michael Westbrook

Michael Westbrook was a wide receiver in the NFL for 8 years before deciding to try his hand at mixed martial arts. He had some training in BJJ, and won his first fight in 2005 but it was all down hill from there. In 2009 he got the itch for MMA again, but he drew Travis Browne as an opponent and got TKO’d. Westbrook’s final MMA bout was a no contest after he kicked a guy in the nuts later that year.

Boxer James Toney had one match in the UFC and it was against Randy Couture. It went exactly how you would expect it to go. The boxing champ didn’t fare well at all inside of the Octagon.

“Man, that’s the main reason I came to MMA. At least MMA guys got guts and they will get in a cage with me.”

The OG Roy Nelson, Manny weighted around 600 pounds (Depending on the time of day). He was tagged by Morgan Stage University as a wrestler, before finding his way to UFC 3 where he was finished. That marked the end of his MMA aspirations.
