For those that don’t know, Gawker.com ran a story that contained a leaked sex tape of Hulk Hogan and the wife of a Florida radio broadcaster. That would eventually be taken down, but the Hulkster filed a lawsuit for economic damages, emotional distress and punitive damages which yielded $55 million, $60 million and a yet-to-be-determined amount, respectively.
