This guy has got a lot of nicknames in the media, from Persian Hulk to Iranian Hercules.
He’s also been falsely accused of fighting for ISIL because he had a striking resemblance to one of their executioners, but now he’s announced that he wants to fight against them.
Different sources have debunked his connections to the organizations, and chalked it up to the fact that he’s just a big dude – so he looked similar to the other big dude from the execution videos (Who had their entire face and body covered.)
That’s a pretty big accusation to make, and it appears certain media outlets were falsely reporting his involvement with the world’s worst terror organization.
Anyways, ever since this guy first started getting a lot of attention, people have said he should become a wrestler and be a huge WWE star. He’s only in his 20s, so even if he doesn’t know how to fight, there’s still time to learn.
We probabally won’t be seeing him in the UFC anytime soon, even though he could have stepped in to fight Daniel Cormier.
Now he’s all decked out and looking like a soldier, but imagine if you shows this guy some basic hand to hand combat, gave him some body armor, and set him loose?
How would you feel if you were on the other team, off to battle, and all of a sudden this guy is standing in front of you?
He’s kind of like The Mountain from Game of Thrones, except bigger.
For a huge powerlifter, he really doesn’t have a lot of videos of himself lifting weights.
The Lannisters would go bankrupt trying to make a suit of armor big enough for this guy.
His online popularity has exploded lately.
Nobody can get enough of this guy.
Not too long ago, he didn’t have very many followers.
After being featured on every major news website, he’s got a whopping 150k followers on instagram and still counting.
North America can’t look away, even though he doesn’t speak English he’s still captivated the continent.
He can look super intimidating when he wants to.
The fact that he doesn’t really speak English probabally adds to the mystique.
What do you think he’s going to do with his new viral fame? He could turn it into a lot of money if he plays his cards right, or he could fade into obscurity like everyone else who tastes a few days or a week of online fame.
Technique matters most in a fight, but when you’re t his big you can get away with not quite having as much technique. It’s hard to imagine many guys in the UFC that this dude couldn’t overpower.
But he would have to cut about 100 pounds to even make it to the upper limit of the weightweight division, so a fight against Brock probabally won’t be happening any time soon.
Can you even imagine what this guy’s grocery bill would be like? He’s definitely smashing a TON of calories to stay this huge. It’s not like his body fat is super low, but he’s still got some gains that need to be fueled by food. Even if he was all fat, it still takes a lot of daily calories to stay this big.
