So obviously, it was a rough Sunday night for Mitrione. The eye injury was caused by a broken orbital floor, which Mitrione discussed on Twitter. As for the shoulder? According to Dana White, Mitrione has chronic shoulder issues and they just kind of pop out of place sometimes. Definitely nothing to worry about there.
But boy, that was some gruesome stuff. Hopefully Mitrione can heal up and get back in the cage soon.
