Obviously, we shouldn’t get too far ahead of ourselves with Diaz retirement talk. Diaz is now a major name in the combat sports world and while he finally made a decent chunk of change off a fight, he has bigger paydays ahead of him. If he can get a title shot or even a big fight against somebody like Georges St-Pierre, we’ll see him come back.
