Kevin Owens is the ultimate monster heel. Opportunistic and self-absorbed, he can often be seen doing run-ins and belittling opponents. Driven and focused, he delivers in big matches every single time.
Outlook:
Hardcore wrestling fans love Owens, but the WWE boardroom doesn’t. He’s absurdly talented and gives each and every outing a “big match” feel, but the WWE is in a never-ending internal power struggle where, oftentimes, the wrestlers wind up being the casualties. Owens will wrestle twice this weekend and it’s hard not to hope he retakes the NXT title from Finn Balor. If he doesn’t, he will likely remain trapped in the WWE’s midcard quagmire.
