Here he is:
At the 13:20 mark, Dana White, Matt Serra and some guy (the legendary Nick the Tooth who nobody seems to know who he is, where he came from or what he does) take the “polar bear plunge” where you jump into the ocean during winter time. It’s worth noting that this was shot a while back (the fight card White and co. attend took place on November 20), so it’s more like a “kind of cold bear plunge” but regardless, it gives fans their first glimpse of a shirtless Dana.
While not full-blown bodybuilder big, White is pretty well-toned for a 46 year old Connecticutter who spends most of his time either on a plane or in an office. The guy next to him, by the way, is 41 year-old former UFC welterweight champ (and also pasta aficionado) Matt Serra. Serra, by the way, wears Reebok shorts like a TRUE COMPANY MAN while Dana White doesn’t.
So how does Dana do it, you ask? Well, your guess is as good as mine.
Plenty of folks have said that Dana uses steroids over the years including UFC fighters Tito Ortiz and Matt Riddle (which he confirmed trying out for a time in an interview with Rolling Stone in 2008). A few, like Ben Askren, have said Dana is just fat.
While we don’t know if he has any chemical help, we can say for sure now that he’s not fat.
