Scott Hall (Razor Ramon)
Scott Hall went from WCW directly into the WWF main event picture as Razor Ramon. A cocky SOB with slicked back hair, shiny vests and chains on chains on chains (oh, and the signature toothpick), a major part of his character was being great at picking up the senioritas.
In reality, though, Hall has long struggled with drugs and the law and has been arrested more than a few times. He has generally serious issues with his mental and physical health and wears it on his face. While he doesn’t actually look all that bad when one considers everything he has been through, it’s still a major change from the WWF’s foremost charmer of the early 1990s.
