Elder abuse is a serious issue in our times, but it’s never this blatant and public. The man responsible for the attack is 38-year-old Vitaliy Kondratenko, claims he doesn’t remember this at all. It’s a scary thought that any normal, well-adjusted person can just suddenly snap, assault somebody, and not remember it at all – do you believe him?
