The person in question is…JULIANNA PENA!
Pena won The Ultimate Fighter season 18, which also featured Ronda Rousey coaching opposite Miesha Tate, and had one of the strongest runs in the history of the series as she tore through Gina Mazany, Shayna Baszler, Sarah Moras and Jessica Rakoczy. While she was excellent inside the cage, however, she made enemies out of almost everyone else in the house, arguing with the rest of Team Tate for the entire season.
Pena’s only friend during TUF18 was total sweetheart Roxanne Modafferi.
This also isn’t a surprise from Pena, either. Pena has in the past discussed her willingness to provoke fights at parties, once bragging in an interview how she started groping random women during a Halloween party using a plastic zombie hand. This led to a fight that also included her fellow training partners and UFC fighters Sam Sicilia and Michael Chiesa.
