It’s rare that there aren’t at least a few surprise upsets on a card, so try your best to predict them and you’ll have more room on your roster for the easier picks. How Fantasy MMA is Scored
It’s not just about who wins or loses the fight with Fantasy MMA. For example, if there’s a guy who is known for getting off tons of significant strikes, or a wrestler who’s great at taking the fight to the ground and advancing position, that can make them a great pick. Tips for winning your fantasy MMA bets Like any type of gambling, you’re going to be taking a risk but you can greatly reduce that risk simply by knowing a bit about the sport and how different fighters are going to match up. Remember, styles make fights. Since you’re competing against other fans, all you’ve got to do is be slightly above the average and to stick with it. You’ll have a rough event here and there, but in the long run it’ll all even out and if you’re pretty good at picking fights you can make more than enough for beer money. 
To give you an example how a bit of knowledge can go a long way, Joe Rogan has mentioned on his podcast numerous times how one of his friends in particular likes to wager on MMA fights and Joe can predict who’s going to win MOST of the time. Not just more often than not, but most of the time Joe’s buddy is making dough with his picks. DraftKings Fantasy MMA Review
Straight up, we really liked DraftKings. We played for UFC 182 and despite our picks not doing so well (Marquardt really disappointed us) we found the interface and usability top notch. It was their first time running a live fantasy MMA event and we were impressed by the site design and performance. (We really pay attention to this kind of stuff, if you’re playing with real money we want to be using a site that runs as a well oiled machine.) The other competitors can’t compete because they don’t have the massive R&D and engineering budget a site like DraftKings has because they are bolstered by their massive NFL contests.
