That said, Irish fans (and everyone like myself that got suckered into buying a Fight Pass subscription) shouldn’t get too excited. McGregor is too big at this point for the UFC to trot out for anything less than a pay-per-view. Not only that, but he’s also still scheduled to face Jose Aldo at UFC 194 in December.
