For a little while there, things were looking up for ol’ BJ Penn. The former two-division UFC champ was in the free and clear. He had a fight lined up at UFC 199 against an interesting opponent in Dennis Siver. He was even in the Conor McGregor discussion, being discussed as a potential opponent for him down the line.
Now? He’s being investigated by the police for an alleged sexual assault incident in his hometown of Hilo, Hawaii, presumably due to last month’s allegations from a former editor of BJPenn.com.
