Basically the long and short of it is the legal team representing the models is claiming that the strip clubs used images of said models to advertise and, with that, they implied that the models in question are strippers that work at the club. Obviously, that doesn’t sit well as they work as models, rather than strippers.

This is one of the other plaintiffs, Danielle Ruiz.
