It’s all in fun, but you can tell Ronda takes it seriously that when someone taps – it’s over. As a submission expert, that’s a huge part of Ronda’s game, sine she literally has the future of her opponent’s careers in her hands every time she armbars somebody. Holding onto a submission too long can end someone’s career and cause permanent damage. Obviously, Ronda would be able to get out of this before it got out of hand, and it’s not like the reporter was cranking it as hard as she could.
