What are hematomas
It is an area of skin discoloration that occurs when small blood vessels and their contents filtered into the soft beneath skin tissue break.
Causes
The most common causes of haematomas are falls, sports injuries, car accidents, or blows received by other people or objects.
If you take blood thinners such as aspirin (aspirin), warfarin (Coumadin), clopidogrel (Plavox) it is likely to bruise more easily.
symptom
The main symptoms are pain, swelling and skin discoloration. The bruise begins as a pinkish red site that can be very sensitive to touch and often is difficult to use the affected muscle. For example, a deep thigh bruise hurts when you walk or run.
Eventually, the bruise changes to a bluish color, then yellow-green and finally returns to the normal color of the skin as it heals.
