Sage Northcutt: "Ronda Is Amazing, But I’d Rather Be Like..."

To this point, Northcutt has looked the part of a star. While Dana White got all hot and bothered with him over his boy band looks and a blowout performance on the regional scene during the taping of his new reality series “Looking for a Fight”, his strong UFC debut against Francisco Trevino suggests there’s something there in terms of his staying power in the UFC.

It’s hard not to expect big things from him, though. His explosive, powerful striking is more than enough to set him apart from the pack, but couple that with the UFC’s preferential treatment and he could become much bigger than some of the other half-baked stars the promotion has cultivated like Erick Silva and Paulo Thiago.
