Speaking with ESPN, Rousey was brief with her answer when asked about her coaching”Of course I’m staying [with Tarverdyan], she said. “That’s my mom’s opinion, not mine.”
If you thought Rousey’s mom likes that or has changed her mind, though, you’d be sorely mistaken. “I told Ronda I am not going to go because I love you more than winning,” said DeMars when asked about the fact that she wasn’t in Australia. “I did not think she was in the right place, and I couldn’t pretend any longer that I thought she was.” And she finished with one more dig, “people let her down.”
