Jackson will return to Bellator on June 24 at the Dynamite 2 event. The card will feature a mixed card that includes kickboxing and MMA. Jackson will be in the main event opposite Satoshi Ishii.
Ishii was long regarded as one of the best heavyweight fighters in the Japanese circuit due to a strong 12-2 start to his career and his Olympic gold medal in judo. Unfortunately, he has looked dreadful in recent years, getting knocked out cold in three of his last five fights.
This should be a squash for Jackson…but I’m still happy to see him get back in the cage.
