So Paige decided to stick to her end of the bargain from March and cut off her hair for Cancer after seeing Rose shave her head but only if her fans donate 10k to charity… But you’ll notice this time around it’s “chop” off her hair instead of “shave” her head.
Well, she finally relented and chopped off her hair…
But it was more like a small trim for cancer instead of shaving her head for cancer.
Paige was only 20 when she made the original promise to shave her head for cancer, she’s young and she didn’t want to hurt her career. It’s still a bad look for the rising star, and raising 10k from fans and promising to chop off your hair, then only taking off a couple inches isn’t a great look either.
If being marketable and her career were the reasons she kept her hair, it doesn’t make a lot of sense – she would have gotten a ton of publicity if she just went ahead and stuck to her guns originally and told “the people that sign her checks” to shove it and that she was going to keep her word. A pretty, young, blonde fighter shaving her head for cancer would have made great press and it would have all grown back by now anyways.
