Now this is a scary video. This happened somewhere in New York on September 11th. These aggressive dogs brutally attacked this man and the owner was powerless to stop them, some would say the owner reacted so poorly in this situation that he should be responsible. People tried everything, whipping them with belts, hoses, baseball bats, nothing could stop these monstrous beasts. We are sharing this video to show the danger of aggressive dogs if they can get out of control:
