This video is from when Joe Rogan was competing in Taekwondo in the 1980s. He won this tournament via head kick KO, and he made it look easy. Joe stopped doing TKD when he realized that it really wasn’t all that effective in real-life scenarios. Joe worked on his hands for a bit, but ultimately fell in love with BJJ instead.
