It would be nice if this was filmed by somebody who knows how to hold a camera still, and if they could have gotten closer, but at least the audio is intact.
How would YOU have reacted if you were Phil Health and this guy came up to you? When he started shadow boxing in your face and almost punching you, would you be able to resist the urge to strike?
