That is one pissed off father! This guy caught some creep walking right up and taking an up skirt photo of his daughter in Walmart and had the balls to confront him about it. The guy was walking around with the flash on, come on dead giveaway, rookie mistake! Needless to say this father was not too pleased and when he finally caught up with the guy, it got pretty nasty…
