They didn’t include Northern Ireland in this map, and the caption on Reebok’s site where they’re selling this shirt says “show your territorial allegiance.”
The red spot is where Northern Ireland is supposed to be.
Ireland is an island consisting of two nations, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. To just cut off one of those nations entirely, label the shirt “Ireland” in a super stereotypical font, and make a quip about territorial allegiance is just a bit too far.
