Conor McGregor has taken the sports world by storm since knocking out Jose Aldo at UFC 194. Not only has he taken the world by storm, but he has drawn comparisons to the likes of Bruce Lee, Mike Tyson and, according to former UFC contender Kenny Florian, Michael Jordan. Or even Muhammad Ali!
That last one, however doesn’t sit well with former Strikeforce champion and current Bellator light heavyweight “King” Mo Lawal. According to Lawal, the comparisons to Ali are a “slap in the face” and he strongly objected to people making them.
