Michael Bisping has posted his first statement after losing his belt to Georges St-Pierre, a post on Instagram that shows him cuddling with his boo with the caption “I’m sorry I didn’t win. But I’m still a winner. Much love.”

He may not have won the fight, but he has a great family by his side, great teammates and training partners, and a legendary UFC career and it’s good that he’s able to focus on that.

I'm sorry I didn't win. But I'm still a winner. Much love.

Joanna Champion is another fighter who had a tough loss that night, and she also handled it well. Some people tried to compare her to Ronda Rousey but she shot that down instantly in the post-fight press conference, since she was actually at the press conference and doing interviews and is looking onwards and upwards, instead of disappearing for a year like Ronda did.

Even the TJ Dillashaw/Cody Garbrandt fight ended with some kind words between bitter rivals. It’s always nice to see the classier side of fighters after so much build-up and trash talk. Bisping was very classy in his post-fight interview, and GSP apologized for his bad language after saying the word “balls”, which is the most Canadian thing we’ve ever seen.
