Bret Hart was attacked last night at the WWE Hall of Fame ceremony. Police have now identified the suspected attacker as Zachary Madsen. He has been identified as an amateur MMA
As reported by CBS News, Madsen has been taken into custody and transported to the NYPD’s 78th Precinct in Brooklyn where he was charged with two counts of assault and trespassing. See video of the attack on the next page
Bret Hart and a security guard both suffered injuries during the attack. However, these injuries have been reported not to be serious at present.
