At face value, one would think that the UFC ownership group that includes Dana White and the Fertitta brothers would have been rooting for Conor McGregor to beat Jose Aldo at UFC 194. McGregor was frequently seen hanging out with Zuffa’s ownership trio, doing anything from driving sports cars to shooting whiskey with them. They were bros!
Dana White and the Fertittas never really pretended they were staying objective when it came to their favorite fighters.
That’s what it seemed like before the fight, at least. A surprising video surfaced on social media showing the Fertitta brothers’ reaction to the McGregor-Aldo knockout and if you thought they were jumping for joy, think again.
