Conor McGregor had a series of unfortunate events leading up to his loss in UFC 196.
First off, Rafael dos Anjos pulled out with a broken off which left Conor with less than 2 weeks to find a replacement.
Then in came Nate Diaz, a guy who fight two weight divisions above Conor McGregor’s Featherweight division.
There was a weight that was agreed then changed. They said lets do it at 160lbs, then Nate said he can’t make that, then 165lbs was mentioned, to which Nate again said he couldn’t make.
So Conor said lets do it at 170, the full welterweight division weight. A decision that made me feel uneasy as soon as I heard it.
