MMA

Everyone knows that Conor McGregor and Jose Aldo are not the best of friends, what with more words traded than punches between the pair.

As Conor McGregor made himself absent without leave from the press conference for the UFC 200 show for ‘training purposes,’ Jose Aldo wanted to make it public that he was able to travel to Las Vegas and train.

Aldo took to Twitter to post a picture of him after a training session in Vegas. With a comment saying, “Training here in Vegas last night. Because some of us can train while still promoting the fight.”

Conor, as everyone now knows, will not be on the UFC 200 card as he was pulled by UFC president Dana White.

White said, if you don’t show up for the press conference you don’t get to fight. This sparked Conor into a premature retirement that he retracted just two days later.

The card will no doubt lose out finically now, with the flamboyant Irishman missing form the card.

Jose Aldo takes on Frankie Edgar for the interim Featherweight belt, at the newly built T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada on July 9th.
