Miesha Tate shocked the world at UFC 196 when she beat Holly Holm to take the UFC women’s bantamweight title. It’s a happy chapter in the career of one of women’s MMA’s longest-tenured veterans and one of the fighters most thoroughly wronged by the UFC.

Unfortunately, it’s quickly turning into a very, very sad chapter for Holm. While it was already a really, really tough loss for the super-classy now-former champion, she’s now left out in the cold.
