Muay Thai This is defined as a combat sport with its origins apparently in Thailand. Fighters utilize stand-up striking along with various other techniques such as clinching. Muay Thia is known as the “art of eight limbs”. The Muay Thia fighting uses a combination of below, knees, Shin and punches to combat their opponents.
