Max Holloway Wanting to Move up to UFC heavyweight

Articles

We have been watching Max Holloway fight for many years but he is only 27 years old, so he still has a lot of careers ahead of him. And it plans to continue climbing division. He will not do it in his next fight since he will defend his UFC Featherweight World Championship against Frankie Edgar. But he does want to do it later.

It could be thought that his recent loss at lightweight made him not willing to go back up in the division. Nothing is further from reality. This was made clear recently.

“It was great and fun to go, lightweight. Welterweight will be too. Just like when I made my heavyweight debut. The weight is the weight, it does not matter. I am a modern gladiator. In the past, gladiators were not asked about their weight. They reach the sand and fight. That’s what I do every night. ” Courtesy of Hawaii News Now.

The champion is always willing to fight and that is one of the reasons why he is so loved by the fans. But going up to welterweight and much more to heavyweight would be something very different. Do you think he will triumph in those divisions?
