The British MMA circuit was dealt a tough blow recently when news broke that Sebastian Zuchlinski brutally murdered in Bolton last week. The Polish man was attacked in front of his girlfriend by a group of men wearing masks and wielding knives and a machete, and was declared dead at the scene. He is believed to be a father and grandfather.
One man, aged 29 and name unknown, was arrested in relation to the attack, but has been released on bail, pending further inquiries. It is unknown at this time whether or not the police are closer to apprehending the culprits.
Zuchlinski trained at SK Fightclub, a gym in Marple, Stockport. Friends, training partners and others close to the victim left a memorial at the sight of the attack. Keep reading on the next page for more details on the case.
