Jose Aldo is looking like a savage leading up to his fight with Conor.
It must have killed him to have to pull out of their first fight after enduring months and months of Conor McGregor clowning him and talking infinite smack without really being able to respond (How well could you talk trash in a language you barely speak? Not too well.)
Jose has had months to simmer, get furious, and turn that rage into focused motivation. The two fighters went on a world tour together, seeing one another every single day to make highlights and quotes for the media to eat up. This time around, it’s strictly business.
“My focus is to win, nothing but to win, and you can be sure that I will lay hands on him like I’ve never done to anyone else,” Aldo said, according to Globo. “I’m sure he will leave the fight very hurt, and I’m leaving with the victory.” – Jose Aldo
Still, there’s a ton of bad blood between these two fighters.
