In the morning of Tuesday UFC featherweight champion Conor McGregor put out a tweet saying he is retiring young, this came as a bit of a shock to the whole MMA community as he was scheduled to face Nate Diaz in a rematch at UFC 200 in July. Not just that, the guy surely wouldn’t retire on a loss and vacate his featherweight title that easy.

Coach Kavanagh said in his tweet, “Well was fun while it lasted.”
