Since October 2015, WWE fans have seen John Cena wrestle just once. He dropped the United States Championship to Alberto Del Rio at Hell in a Cell, returned around New Year’s for a rematch (which he won by DQ, which allowed Del Rio to retain) and showed up the next week on SmackDown to jump start Del Rio’s feud with current United States champ Kalisto.
After that, he had to go under the knife for shoulder surgery, and the 15-time world heavyweight champion hasn’t been seen since. With a massive chunk of the main roster currently on the shelf due to injury, though, the WWE needs all the star power it can get for WrestleMania…and that means they’re going to give ol’ Johnny C a call.
But what can we expect to see out of Cena at WrestleMania 32? Could we see him put in some work during the event? Find out on the next page.
