As whispers of Fedor returning to MMA get increasingly louder, we’re going to be hearing a lot more from The Last Emperor.
One of the easiest ways to get your name into the MMA media cycle is to say something controversial about Ronda Rousey. Some people realize that Ronda isn’t, in fact, the single most talented fighter to walk the face of the earth and that she does still have holes in her game, but the onslaught of people who have only recently watched MMA for the first time would strongly disagree.
Fedor’s probably feeling bummed out that the next generation of fighters are getting more mainstream attention than ever existed for the sport during his first run, especially since he’s really not impressed with Ronda’s abilities, nor women fighting in general. Rewind a few months, here’s what Fedor had to say about women’s mixed martial arts:
