Dana White Confirms Jones vs. Adesanya Is Happening No Matter What

The current light heavyweight champion first raised the idea of fighting Izzy in February. At UFC 234, the star Rising middleweight medium defeated MMA Anderson Silva for his fifth win UFC forever.
In an interview recently held with TMZ Sport towards the Battle of Gastelum Kelvin, the kickboxing standout shared his desire to hunt another MMA GOAT after defeating “The Spider “.

This claim annoyed Jones as he immediately appealed to Adesanya fight “King of the Jungle.” He also threatened to make Izzy called him “Daddy” by the third round. While “The last Stylebender ” has attracted the questions about the super-late-post-incident struggle, Dana White has replied strongly about this matter. He has assured that Jones versus Adesanya fight will definitely happen in the future.

Adesanya scored the greatest victory of his career UFC until last Saturday.
He won the decision unanimously after winning his opponent at a classic moment to win the mid-level championship.
Victory sets a date with Robert Whittaker on the undisputed title, which can happen in this September. In the post-war era, Adesanya was pressed for his thoughts on a potential struggle with “Bones.”

Kiwi said he would take care of it at another time because he didn’t want the issue to drop his epic clash with Gastelum. “This is about me. None of that. This is about me and Kelvin. I’ll address that another time.”

Jones then said Izzy the next morning “this is about you now bi**h” in a vague twitter post. In another series of Twitter posts, he criticized Israel, which almost lost its powder. Adesanya was reacting to MMA GOAT and called him a bully. He also told him that he had to pass great names before they could meet in the cage.

Dana White Approves Jones Vs Adesanya

The UFC president has shared his thoughts about the Jones vs Adesanya super fight.

White said he wants the “Last Stylebender” to focus on the unification bout against the Australian champ but assured that the Jones bout would come to fruition.(Quotes from MMA Mania)

“(Adesanya has) got Whittaker to look forward to now.”

“Whittaker is a bad dude. He’s bigger than Kelvin, he hits harder than Kelvin, and he needs to focus on him right now.”

“I know him and Jon Jones have been talking some smack, and listen if he wins, and he becomes the middleweight champion, obviously I’d love to see him and Jon Jones fight.”

“But we’ll see how everything plays out and timing,” White stated.

“Because the other thing is if Israel fights Whittaker and wins, there’s other guys that have been waiting in line, too, to fight for the title.”

“If (Ronald) ‘Jacare’ (Souza) keeps winning and doesn’t get a title fight, that guy might kill me.”

“But that Jon Jones fight is going to be out there for Israel no matter what. That ain’t going anywhere,” he ended. Well it up to Israel to make it happen now, Jones is just there waiting.
