Conor McGregor Has A Q&A Twitter Moment and Talks About Future UFC Plans

Unless you have been on the moon or in the desert with no wifi, you have probably heard that Conor McGregor was supposed to face Nate Diaz in a rematch at at UFC 200.

He’s was pulled from the event as he didn’t want to do the promo for UFC 200. But it the Irishman seems to be under the belief that he will get a second shot at Nate Diaz.

McGregor let his thoughts public today when held an impromptu Question and Answer session on Twitter.

Conor spoke about the UFC 200 event and on defending his featherweight crown. He also spoke about his jujitsu and promised to redeem himself against Diaz in their rematch.

It all started when Conor couldn’t help but reply to this tweet from MMA personality Front Row Brian:

Look at the size of Nate Diaz. McGregor needs to go back to 145.

— FrontRowBrian (@FrontRowBrian) May 2, 2016

I love it! Adapt and overcome.
I am coming in light and lean for my rematch and I will school this boy to the bell.

Twitter user WAFCNathan then got involved:

@TheNotoriousMMA@FrontRowBrian like last time?

— Nathan (@WAFCNathan) May 2, 2016

No. Last time I was eating four breakfasts and a dessert on the day of weigh in.
You will see.
You will all see.

Many more tweets were coming in – and Conor was happy to answer them.

@TheNotoriousMMA you’re nothing special honestly. Good fighter. That’s it. On the floor you’re disabled lol

— Amir Hali ㋡ (@Amir_Hali) May 2, 2016

On the floor he was swept and controlled.
When the tank goes, no amount of skill can save you.
You will see.

@TheNotoriousMMA he’s a part time triathlete. Good luck waiting for that cardio to go

— su (@Rude_Su) May 2, 2016

I respect the endurance athlete. A game of will.
But those who simply take part, will always be taken over.

— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) May 2, 2016

@TheNotoriousMMA you think ufc200 will sell anything close to 1.5mill?

— Lez Bernardi (@LezBernardi) May 2, 2016

I do not. I had the May/Pac record primed, ready to place MMA at the undisputed top. But it was not to be. #Press

— Conor McGregor (@TheNotoriousMMA) May 2, 2016

@TheNotoriousMMA Diaz claims with a full camp he’d be surprised if you land anything on him. What would you say to that?

— Mark Jeffrey (@MarkJeffrey01) May 2, 2016

He has made more excuses for the first 8 minutes of our fight than I have made for the last 2 minutes of our fight.
