Jeff Dabe is a champion competitive armwrestler from Minnesota. He first started arm wrestling decades ago. From humble beginnings winning the 1983 Upper Midwestern United States and Canada Arm Wrestling Championships 1st place, to being the Minnesota State Champion more recently.

Here’s what his training consists of: “Farm chores, working out with a fitness band while watching TV, hard labor at work, and shoveling.” AKA You can’t mess with farmer strength.

These days, he only arm wrestles with his left hand because he pulled right handed so many times in the ’80s that he blew out his right elbow.

When Jeff isn’t competing, he’s working hard at his job at the gravel pit like a real life Fred Flintstone, but way stronger.

Calm, cool, and collected. Jeff is a true boss of  the arm wrestling circuit, striking fear into his opponents before the match has even began like a young Mike Tyson.

He can’t fit a wedding ring, and wanted to get a tattoo of a ball and chain around his ring finger instead but his mom was not into that idea at all so it got put on the backburner.
