It’s been a while since there was any fuel added to the cat fight between Ronda Rousey and Arianny Celeste, but these two have taken out their claws once again. It all started when Ronda made some comments in Maxim magazine when her and Arianny were both in the running for the Hot 100. It’s been no secret that two of the most recognizable women in the UFC can’t stand each other, but the pot boiled over once again when Ronda made the following statement when asked about fighter pay in the UFC…
“I think that they should get paid more than the ring girls and I don’t know if the ring girls get paid too much or the fighters don’t get paid enough. But yeah. There’s definitely a lot more in what the fighters do than what they do. So, I think that’s one thing that’s unfair.” – Ronda Rousey

It seems like she’s trying to brush it off, while taking a couple of subtle jabs like implying that Ronda wasn’t raised properly…

It doesn’t matter where you’re from, where you are, who you are, what you do… “TALK IS CHEAP” means one thing and one thing only… those are fighting words. Is Arianny trying to pull a Conor McGregor or a Chael Sonnen and talk her way into a title shot? If it’s true that the ring girls don’t get paid more than the fighters, maybe this is Arianny’s way of cashing in on a big pay day?
