Most injuries in boxing are due to a fighter losing, taking so much punishment that the fight has to come to a premature end. This wasn’t to case for many boxing fans when Lennox Lewis faced Vitali Klitschko. It was widely seen as a dubious victory for Lennox as they saw Vitali winning. Only for the fight to be brought to an abrupt end when Vitali Klitschko sustained horrific cuts above and below his left eye. Vitali did gain many fans from this fight though. He was respected as a warrior of the ring after he was seen to be disputing the decision passionately.
