The video shows a conversation between a 17 year old and a man of 36 yrs. The situation heats up very quickly, it appears that the man initially did not want to fight this young man but eventually it get to a boiling point and the two start to fight (See Video Below)

Apparently the young man trains in the martial arts, maintained the calm and soon took the back of his opponent, managing to apply a submission of hold until leaving the man eventually tap out but the 17 year boy refuses at let up until he sure the man had enough pain to rock him to his senses.
