5. Jon Fitch
Nobody is going to accuse Fitch of being the most exciting fighter, but if you want to build a promotion of the BEST, he should be there because he was a top guy when the UFC cut him. He was cut from the UFC after one loss in a row, but here’s what Dana was already saying BEFORE that fight:
“You hear the same thing from everybody about Jon Fitch: ‘If I want to get to sleep and I can’t get to sleep at night, I’ll put in a Jon Fitch fight.’ … [F]ind one person that will tell you they love a Jon Fitch fight, it’s the most exciting thing they’ve ever seen and they just get so excited for it.”
