Muhammad Ali turned superhero on Wilshire Boulevard in LA, USA when a man was contemplating throwing himself from a high story building. The police, a psychologist and a minister were on the verge of giving up and couldn’t help the ex-vet down, so Ali came to the rescue.
Muhammad Ali was close by when he heard about the incident and ran immediately to try and offer some sort of assistance.

The ex-vet was shouting “I’m no good, I’m going to jump, the Viet Cong are coming at me.” Muhammad Ali, now up in the building in the next room leaning out the window said “I want to help you, I’m your brother.” The man recognised Ali then opened the locked door to the room he was in. Ali was able to enter the room and help the man in from the ledge. This was a very tricky situation that went on for 20 minutes.
