Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz got off onto a predictable heated argument in the UFC 196 change of opponent press conference. Where Nate accused Conor of being on steroids.
Nate Diaz, Conor McGregor’s last minute stand in for the injured Rafael dos Anjos went straight for the worst thing you could probably say to a hard working athlete.

When Conor McGregor was asked if he is concerned about fighting at welterweight and making the weight, Diaz started talking over Conor. Accusing McGregor of being on steroids, and saying the whole UFC is on them!
Diaz said: “Their all on steroids, everybody, the whole UFC.” Then he turned to Conor and said, “and you.” “You’re on steroids.”
Conor gave an angry response saying, “steroids? What are you talking about steroids? Don’t be putting my name with steroids, I’m major against that.” Conor went on the comment on the weight question saying, “The only weight I give a f#%k about, is the weight of them cheques, and my cheques are always super heavyweight, so I don’t give a s#%t.”

Nate Diaz went on again to repeat himself, “you’re on steroids.” Conor said, “yeah, sure I am, (being sarcastic) – I’m just an animal, I’m just an animal.”
