It’s easy to get lured into the Hollywood lifestyle, but just because you’re a huge star – doesn’t necessarily mean you need to be an actor or actress as well. These movie deals were made when Ronda was at her peak of popularity, tearing through the women’s bantamweight division but if you’re only getting movie deals because you’re a super popular fight, but then you disappear for a year after your first loss, that’s got to make movie executives a bit nervous – especially when you can’t really act all that great.

When a main part of your identity is your desire to retire undefeated, there’s no doubt that taking a tough loss really stings. It’s how you bounce back from that loss that really matters, because everyone loses eventually.

At the end of the year, we’ll see how Ronda is able to bounce back from that loss. She has hinted that she might not be fighting for very much longer. It doesn’t seem like a movie career is in the cards afterall, so what do you think she’ll get up to when she’s done fighting?
