Jon Jones is still hitting the gym hard and if you’re a LHW, you should be absolutely terrified. He’s in the best shape of his life, and this guy’s got a fire raging inside of him. Bones is eager to get back inside that cage and take back what’s his.

While on hiatus (and waiting to hear his fate) Jon Jones has been doing some serious lifting, he broke a personal record on the deadlift and he just beat that record by another 70lbs, and this time he did it right off the floor.

He’s also been banging out tons of squats, and has a good sense of humor about it by using the hashtag #CHICKENLEGS. If he didn’t say it first, we never would have… That would be too dangerous.
